I have a lot of quite thick hair which is not easy for everybody to manage, and difficult to control, but I picked the style I wanted and Annette did a fantastic job. My hair stayed where it was meant to all day, no fuss! The detailed touches featured in my style looked beautiful and it was a real first for me to have my hair styled so intricately, I really loved it. I received compliments from many of the guests, and, most importantly my husband! Annette is an incredibly talented hairdresser!

Finding Annette for my daughters big day meant we could relax in the comfort of our home feeling confident she would do our hair as she had done for our trial run. Annette made my daughters hair look full and elegant. We drank tea and felt relaxed on her big day. My hair was decorated with tiny diamonte crystals which gave it the finishing touch. Annette is patient and reliable, understanding her clients needs and helping to make that big day go well. She does a great job. I have returned to the salon since the wedding to have my colours done, something else I can recommend.

I was Annette's model for a Brookes and Brookes contempory cutting course. I trusted her straight away, and she did a great cut. I later went to the Salon and had my hair coloured. Annette discussed the various options with me, and the result was fantastic. I was hosting a reunion that evening and received plenty of compliments. I have been going to Elegance for the last 4 years and have never received a better service anywhere else. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have been helping me to get my hair into a really good condition so I can look fantastic on my wedding day. In the last year they have started doing beauty treatments. I went for the for the fake tan was the best I have ever had didn't steak and I'm quite a modest person and they made me feel very comfortable and relax. Annette the Manager there has styled my hair for a couple of occasions, my engagement party, work dos and a weddings that I went to I looked absolutely beautiful on all occasions. I have booked in for them to do my hair and make-up for my wedding as well as my three bridesmaids and is the only thing I'm not nervous about as I know in the hands of the Elegance I have nothing to worry about. I would recommend this service to anyone who wants to look fantastic and feel great.
